Vitamins your body needs
An organic compound in our diet which we call vitamins, these are small amount of supplements that you may need to stay healthy or to replace something you lack.
The human body needs at least 13 vitamins to survive we get these from the food we eat but can be taken by supplement or produce by the body.
There are many types of vitamin for different function.
Choosing the one that you need may not be easy if you don’t know what you are lacking.
Be sure to keep a balance diet because some individual may not get enough vitamins, depending on if they diet or exercise.
Vitamin A or Vitamin A , retinal is a found in the human eye and this vitamin is needed to improve your eyesight, and also contains hormonal qualities in the human growth. These are some of the vitamins A source, passion fruit, pears, leafy vegetables, carrots, pumpkin, squash, spinach, liver, and orange.
Vitamin B, riboflavin found in food like milk, cheese, yogurt, bananas, peppers, beans, butter and potato.
Vitamin B is a water soluble found in many foods, this vitamin helps cell metabolism. There are also vitamin B1 2 3 and B12 or know as B complex each with there on the compound, to help with the development of the human cells, brain and nervous system.
Vitamin C, this vitamin’s play important role in the human immune system, also good for the body in many other ways. This vitamin is essential in the healing of tissues, and can be found in most fruits and vegetables.
Vitamin D, is the sunlight the human body absorbs and is transformed into the vitamin after synthesis . All plants an animal need this vitamin to survive, can be used to treat rickets or osteoporosis because vitamin D helps to repair bones and promotes calcium, cell repair and other tissues.
Can be found in the yolk of the egg, liver, tuna, salmon and many other food sources.
Vitamin E wheat, sunflower oil and margarine are just a few food sources of vitamin E. This vitamin is needed to for cell signaling, this is how the brain sends signals and plays an important role in the human biological functions.
There are many more vitamins out there and all with their own function and even some with their own disadvantages. It’s important to consult with your doctor about any additional vitamins you may be taken, your doctor will prescribe something according to your condition.
